This impressive building has a monumental garden that houses a wide variety of plants, especially the splendid cypresses. The design of the garden is carefully planned, in harmony with the layout of the corridors that cross it and the materials used in its construction.
The La Najarra Palace was built in neo-Arab style simultaneously with the sugar factory that was located on adjacent land, currently demolished. Later the small garden house was added.
The structure of the building consists of a ground and upper floor, topped with a hipped roof. Both the exterior of the ground and upper floors are decorated in a neo-Arabic style.
