Museo Joaquín Peinado

Built in the early 20th century, the museum displays Baroque, Hispano-Muslim, and Renaissance elements, featuring two courtyards with Tuscan columns supporting the upper floor balconies.

Recently, Unicaja has made a significant investment of over 830,000 euros for the recovery and enhancement of the museum facilities, where 195 works by the renowned Andalusian painter can be admired.

The museum is organized into seven thematic rooms, each dedicated to specific aspects of Joaquín Peinados work:

  • Room 3: Animals
  • Room 4: Figures and Portraits
  • Room 5: Nudes and Erotics
  • Room 6: Don Quixote
  • Room 7: Mudéjar Hall
