Parish Church of San Ana

With a Latin cross plan, this church stands out for its imposing single nave, covered by a wooden structure that gives it a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its red brick façade, crowned by a beautiful semicircular arch on Tuscan pilasters, is one of the most recognizable features of the church. Additionally, an inscription on tiles commemorates the conquest of the town in 1484, adding a historical touch to its already fascinating presence.

The church tower, with a square base that becomes octagonal in the body of bells, stands as a symbol of identity for the town, visible from different points of the municipality.

This structure is not only a place of worship, but also an architectural testimony of the historical evolution of Alozaina, a town full of tradition and beauty.
