Jaén
Tatters
A typical gastronomic dish from Jaén, with greater roots in the rural population, who generally consume it in the winter season.
The name comes from the appearance of the plate, which looks like frayed clothing, or in other words, rags. This dish is also very typical in the town of Úbeda.
It is made with a sauce of tomato, onion, garlic and red pepper, which is accompanied with flour cakes and another ingredient such as cod, rabbit or hare.
