The Recreo de Castilla is a historical garden located in a privileged setting in Priego de Córdoba, right next to the Adarve wall, under the imposing structures of the Priego Castle. Its existence has been documented since at least the 16th century, with the first written reference dating back to 1550 in a letter of sale, where it was named Huerta de las Infantas.
